The Vancouver Public Library has pioneered the Man in the Moon program, a literacy initiative for male caregivers and their children up to age 3. Using songs, rhymes, and stories, the Man in the Moon facilitators encourage the participants to play together with the building blocks of language. The program is currently offered in English, and at many branches of the VPL. For more information, call 604-331-3657.
Language play for very young children and the men who love them.
